Bella's Site

Bella's SITE? What?

It's normal to be confused. This is kind of that time.

How would everyone feel if there was an ENTIRE website devoted to this blog?
That, and...there's Bella's Comics. They haven't been perfected or fully inked or anything, but imagine a manga-style 2-3 page comic about life in Bella's world...by Bella!

Don't think I'm crazy. DO NOT THINK I'M OBSESSED WITH MY DOG.
It's still part of raising awareness.
Here's the link:

(Also sorry that the link function doesn't work. Just type it in, SO SORRY...)

Bella Runs AWAY

Hello. You can suspect what this post is about...we got Bella back, of course. And now she's destined to HAVE to wear her collar 24/7 for the next 2 years or so. Why this punishment? She was on BELTLINE, an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS STREET. Well, we got her back, otherwise she probably would've been...um...let's not think about that since she's A-OK.

Remodeling On Bella's Blog

Hi everyone! Do you like the new and improved Blog styling? I can redesign the Blog at-will! Now that Bella's Blog might be getting more views, I decided to clean it up a bit! Also, I changed the description to match the Bella's Blog catchphrase, also new. Don't worry, just comment to me if you want me to change some stuff. Sorry about my profile stuff, how it's scattered...I tried everything with the font!

CURRENT BELLA'S BLOG THEME: Sunsetting In Orange With A BARK!

Petlands are Crashing And Life is Decent

Well, life could be better. Petland could go kaput, which it WILL because it has been fully exposed as the monster it is, but for now the protestors have to be really careful, sort of. The Arlington (99% sure it was Arlington, mom doesn't have the email up currently) Petland's protestors were removed one week BY a Petland manager who called the police stating it was illegal to protest. Well, it's peaceful protesting Petland, get used to it. And since it's peaceful, it's LEGAL. Sales are down for Petland in Dallas too, which is good. I do think Petland realizes that you can't cut corners. However, I did see a video BECAUSE of another Petland closing. The employee in the video seemed to be getting nastier and nastier about how it's not a big deal since they buy from "reputable breeders". Really, then give me the names of these breeders? Where do they operate? I swear I'll throw a party when the Dallas Petland finally sizzles out. Life's a tad brighter with less dog misery. Bella still hates water probably because she was heavy-duty hosed back at wherever her Mill was. Curse them for killing all those dogs without purpose! But the survivors are living heroes sporting for a cause to stop the misery caused by self-absorbed, overbreeding people. We're the dominent species, so we can subdue the dogs. But when a dog is SO desocialized that it won't let you touch certain areas like it's ears and near collar-area, it takes a LONG time to resocialize a dog.

But we must keep trying, because Petland is dying.

Also: I want to give a shout-out to the couple of Petlands that have switched to Adoption: You finally got back on track. If only sooner, if only sooner.

WoofBella On Google

That's right; Google! I remember typing in www.woofbella.blogspot.com originally amd seeing one relevant link to my little slice of Internet. Now, WoofBella is link to Petlands slowly sizzling out and even to another site which lists this little site! Thank you ALL for making this little Blog a known site and getting protestors to aknowledge that there really ARE people online who agree with them! Thanks a TON for everything guys!

Bella's Story

This post is for you all to ask questions/post comments on what we know about Bella's history. We've also attached a picture!

We think Bella is a puppy mill survivor. She was not very well socialized and was really skinny when she came to our home. If you are reading this, please respond and tell us what you know about how we adopted her (what do you remember?) and any experiences you have had with her.

Share Your Pet Stories Here!

If you'd like to tell the Bloggers your views on pet adoption, this is the place! Also, feel free to ask questions at any time. I'll try to give you good answers! Sorry if there are some deletions. One more thing: I'll be throwing around my funny pet stories. You can do the same, if you'd like!

First Post

Hi! This is Bella's Blog, and I'm FlameDragon, the one who manages it! If you're lost on what this Blog's about, well...Puppy Mill awareness!! Bella is my dog. She is 11 mths. old, and boy is she psycho! In total my family has:
2 cats, 2 dogs, and....a lizard. Our two felines are Mark and Simon (both are 2), and our two pups are Sally (9) and Bella (i already listed her age). Along with this site raising puppy mill awareness, this site counts as a girl scout project, and a way for me to also tell you all about how crazy my pets can be! For example...Mark likes water. OOPS! I shouldn't have said that :). Finally, this is my first Blog---EVER!

Okay, my fellow Girl Scout Troop members, if you are having trouble with Blogger accounts I am very sorry. You will need a Google Account! Now, if this isn't working...Blogger might be slow. It will probably guide you through it all!
(the only reason you need a Google Account is to respond on my Blog.)

All right! So, I will try to keep you all posted...however I am very very VERY busy most days...good thing it's Spring Break!

All right, so...get onto http://www.woofbella.com/ and have a lovely view into the world of...Bella!
